This is a fixed term role until 27 June 2025 to cover an internal secondment. This role is strictly Wellington based due to the in-person requirement of the position.
He angitutanga: About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Operations, this role is one of two Service Desk Analysts who support internal TEC team members by providing first level technical support, sharing information, and providing training.

Identifying and troubleshooting IT related problems/requests
Providing TEC staff with the support and advice concerning IT related issues
Providing technical assistance as the go-to for any support related to our computer systems, hardware, and software.

He korero mou: What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is keen to take ownership of identifying, troubleshooting and resolving IT related incidents/requests and protect the desktop environment via monthly patching compliance.
You bring the following:

A customer focused attitude with excellent communication skills
Experience in a service desk and support environment
Technical experience in the Windows Desktop, Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the support of web based business applications
An ability to filter and prioritise tasks using your time management skills and knowledge.
An ability to convey complicated processes in an easy manner to help customers understand technical concepts easily.

The salary range for this position starts from $59,233 up to $69,686 + 3% KiwiSaver depending on demonstrable skills and experience.
