As part of bringing this vision to life, we are seeking an experienced media planner with strong digital skills to build with our leadership team while also managing clients and delivering work in this immediate season.About the roleYou will be responsible for developing and delivering the digital marketing strategy and execution for our clients' campaigns as well as overseeing media buying initiatives to effectively reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
You will work closely with our creative and client teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing and media plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
This role will start off as 20 hours per week but has the potential to turn into a full-time position in the near future.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations: Work with the leadership team to establish the media and digital marketing team, as well as to develop systems and processes.Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop digital marketing strategies that align with client goals, target audience, and industry best practices.Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including but not limited to social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.Content Creation: Develop creative briefs for digital content, working closely with the creative team and supporting with ideation.Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize digital marketing initiatives for maximum ROI and effectiveness.Media Planning & Buying: Manage media buying activities, including negotiating contracts, securing placements, and optimizing budgets for maximum ROI.Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship across the agency and team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding digital marketing and media initiatives, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and media consumer trends, and proactively incorporate innovative strategies into client campaigns.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a Digital Marketing Lead?To help fast track investigation, please include any relevant details that prompted you to report this job ad as fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory.
