The Digital Media Intern will play a key role in the Digital team helping to plan, set up and report on our digital marketing campaigns. These will be across a number of our brands, from X-Shot to Rascals to Monday, across dozens of countries worldwide, representing an incredible opportunity to learn from a fast-paced future-thinking company.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**

This role is not about making tea and booking meeting rooms. The objective is to learn quickly from our team so you can make an impact, as the delivery of our digital media campaigns have a direct effect on the sales of our products. These campaigns run on YouTube, TikTok, Walmart, Disney+, Instagram and beyond, presenting the chance for you to understand how brands operate in those environments. The desired outcome is for the Digital Media Intern to eventually set up and report on those campaigns with mínimal support, subsequently delivering fantastic results back to our business.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

No technical skill required We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a dedicated work ethic, a passion for our business and a willingness to learn. We can teach the rest

Studying a relevant degree, e.g. in Business or Marketing, would be preferable but is not essential.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Setting up of campaigns across digital platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Walmart, Disney+, Facebook, Instagram and more.
- Optimisation of those campaigns.
- Building target audiences.
- Liaising with the digital team to learn and support.
- Troubleshooting with media partners where required.
- Assisting with invoicing and other financial processes.
- Managing the budget, pacing and reconciling of our media campaigns.
