In this pivotal 20 hour a week role, you will help us enhance brand visibility, acquire new donors, and drive engagement across multiple online channels.
Working closely with our Engagement Director and team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective digital strategies, managing online campaigns, and ensuring that all activities reflect cbm's mission and Christian values.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap for cbm, boosting brand awareness and expanding acquisition channels through social media, paid ads, and organic efforts.Lead Generation: Design and execute digital campaigns that attract new supporters and convert them into donors through creative content, landing pages, and targeted ads.Content Creation: Develop engaging content aligned with cbm's Christian mission, ensuring seamless integration across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms.Online Campaign Management: Drive online campaigns with a focus on SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies.
Oversee campaigns across digital platforms, measure performance, and adjust tactics to meet KPIs.Campaign Performance & Reporting: Regularly track and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Monitor metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Click (CPC), lead conversion rates, and campaign ROI.Social Media Growth: Cultivate cbm's online community, leveraging trends and emerging platforms to create innovative campaigns that inspire action and donations.Collaboration & Relationship Building: Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure integrated marketing efforts, enhancing the impact of digital strategies.Creativity & Innovation: Constantly identify opportunities for new approaches to digital fundraising, staying ahead of industry trends and evolving best practices.What We're Looking ForQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or proven experience in digital marketing and fundraising.Experience: Strong background in lead generation, online marketing, and social media management, ideally in the not-for-profit sector.Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram), content management systems, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).Creative & Technical Skills: Ability to create compelling content and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.Personal Attributes: Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
Passionate about using digital tools to drive social impact and align with cbm's mission and values.
