Our Case Manager supports dispute resolution cases, communicating with and advising all involved parties regarding processes and procedures.This position is for a fixed term (until June 30, 2025) and plays an integral role within the business working with and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, managing processes, and demonstrating a continuous improvement focus.Primary responsibilities include:Be the first point of contact for enquiries providing support to dispute resolution practitioners, the public, and families regarding processes available to them.Help mediation applicants navigate dispute resolution processes, in particular mediation for the care and contact of children.Set up meetings, mediations, and hearings, and perform general case management duties in mediation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution services, including approval of invoices to providers, travel arrangements and input case data in a timely manner.Develop and maintain links and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Handle confidential information in a professional and respectful manner.Assist all parties by responding in a prompt and proactive manner.Provide accurate, detailed, and timely completion of case notes.Work collaboratively with the team whilst ensuring the culture is aligned to business values.Be proactive in developing avenues to promote and grow the business.About youAs our new Case Manager, you will bring your relationship and organisational and time management skillset to ensure we continually drive the performance of our teams.
You will be an exceptional communicator experienced in dealing with a wide range of people and possess the ability to identify problems and suggest solutions.
