The opportunity:
As a Senior Case Manager, you will be responsible for the assessment and ongoing management of claims and risk exposure for AIA. You will manage all claims in a timely, innovative and empathetic manner, whilst working proactively with clients to develop and implement outcome-focused case management plans.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing overflow claims and the successful co-ordination of our customers' return to work-
- Focusing on delivering exceptional customer experience in line with the philosophy of looking to pay all legitimate claims-
- Managing the assessment of a complex high-value claims portfolio-
- Liaising with appropriate medical providers, financial providers and external parties (e.g. ACC or insurance companies) to obtain relevant claim information-
- Undertaking regular client visits around New Zealand to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers-
- Ensuring our customers receive clear and concise information to assist them through the claims process, in a timely manner-
- Confidence talking to specialists and providers to plan our customers' rehabilitation-
- Undertaking a multidisciplinary holistic approach to case management.Ideally, you'll bring:
- 5 years+ claims' experience-
- Insurance, financial services or health industry experience (preferred)-
- Clean full NZ Driver License-
- Strong computer skills-
