**About WorkAon**

**What the mahi looks like**

Our Case Managers provide needs-based services to people with complex injuries ensuring the best possible outcomes and independence for that individual. Our non work injury team deal directly with third parties to ensure support to injured employees.
- Determine injury or wellness related needs.
- Delivery of initial action plan discussions with injured workers and their manager
- Monitor and review costs associated with rehabilitation plans according to the policies of the company.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience in case management roles
- Experience in health professions, rehabilitation or similar
- Ability to manage and build strong lasting relationships
- Desire to learn, and the ability to think outside the box
