As a Team Leader, you'll guide an amazing group of volunteers, helping them provide a safe and efficient service for our clients.
Here's what you'll be up to:
Inspire Your Team: Lead, mentor, and support your volunteers to bring out their best.Grow the Crew: Help recruit, welcome, and retain awesome team members—organizing fun activities to make everyone feel part of the family.Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage resources, coordinate maintenance, and keep rosters on point.This is a voluntary role, but the impact you'll make?

Requirements: Outstanding communication skills, a compassionate nature, and a genuine passion for helping othersExperience in leading and managing teamsStrong administrative skills and attention to detailConfidence with computers and basic software toolsA minimum age of 18A clean criminal recordIf this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you
A Police background check is required for this role.
Time commitment: Flexible role that fits around your schedule, with an ideal commitment of 2-3 hours per weekNo requirement to complete shifts on the shuttle, but it's recommended for a hands-on understanding of the roleRegular contact with your volunteers is encouraged to keep everything running smoothlyGetting started: The first step is to express your interest by filling out the form below.
