We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead our Health Shuttle team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a group of volunteers, ensuring the provision of a safe and efficient service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inspire and motivate your team: Lead by example, mentor, and support your volunteers to bring out their best.
  2. Grow and develop your team: Help recruit, welcome, and retain skilled team members, organizing fun activities to create a sense of belonging.
  3. Ensure smooth operations: Manage resources, coordinate maintenance, and maintain accurate rosters.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A compassionate nature and genuine passion for helping others
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence with computers and basic software tools
  • A minimum age of 18
  • A clean criminal record
