Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead our Health Shuttle team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a group of volunteers, ensuring the provision of a safe and efficient service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Inspire and motivate your team: Lead by example, mentor, and support your volunteers to bring out their best.
- Grow and develop your team: Help recruit, welcome, and retain skilled team members, organizing fun activities to create a sense of belonging.
- Ensure smooth operations: Manage resources, coordinate maintenance, and maintain accurate rosters.
- Exceptional communication skills
- A compassionate nature and genuine passion for helping others
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Confidence with computers and basic software tools
- A minimum age of 18
- A clean criminal record
