Shuttle Service Leadership Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to lead our Health Shuttle team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a group of volunteers, ensuring the provision of a safe and efficient service to our clients.
Main Responsibilities- Mentor and support your team: Lead by example, inspire, and motivate your volunteers to deliver exceptional results.
- Grow and develop your team: Help recruit, welcome, and retain skilled team members, organizing fun activities to create a sense of belonging.
- Ensure efficient operations: Manage resources, coordinate maintenance, and maintain accurate rosters.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A compassionate nature and genuine passion for helping others
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Confidence with computers and basic software tools
- A minimum age of 18
- A clean criminal record
This is a flexible and rewarding role that allows you to balance your responsibilities with your personal commitments. Regular contact with your volunteers is encouraged to ensure seamless operations.
