The opportunity: Due to growth, we're looking for a highly organised Practice Manager with strong people skills who can provide exceptional administrative support to the Directors and accounting team. In this fast-paced role, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference by enhancing our processes and systems while helping to keep essential administrative tasks ticking over nicely. Key Responsibilities: Office management – overseeing day-to-day operations Process improvement – implementing and refining processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the firm Compliance – ensuring the company adheres to industry and regulatory requirements and best practices Billing and invoicing – overseeing the billing process Payroll management – handling payroll for the company Reporting – preparing regular reports for the company's directors, detailing financial performance, client activity, and operational efficiency Internal Communication – facilitating communication within the firm ensuring all team members are informed about relevant policies, changes, and updates External Communication – managing communications with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulators What we offer: Modern offices in Papakura. (Experience in a CA firm or prior work experience as a practice manager is an advantage but not required). Available to work 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Strong attention to detail and a positive and engaging communication style. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated "doer" who thrives on challenge.
