If you're ready to make an impact and have some fun along the way, we want to hear from youKo to mahi – what you'll doIdentify and pursue growth opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new business customers.Gain a deep understanding of customer objectives to help them accelerate their innovation with tailored technology solutions.Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve high NPS scores, enhancing conversion and close rates.Drive sales by prospecting, developing, and closing opportunities for our core mobile, fixed, and ICT products, meeting portfolio targets.Network effectively with customers and partners through active engagement, referrals, and connections with key business associations.Demonstrate commitment to customer management to foster increased growth and loyalty.Collaborate with team members to align efforts and achieve shared goals seamlessly.Present insightful reports on targets and sales pipeline, showcasing customer growth and loyalty trends.Na tou rourou - what you'll bringWe're seeking a talented sales professional who brings:At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the Telco industry or a similar field.Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively engage and influence key partners.Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities that foster trust and collaboration.A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets and understanding customer needs to drive business growth and digital transformation.Attention to detail with strong planning and reporting skills to support strategic decision-making.Self-motivation and initiative, demonstrating leadership in managing your workload efficiently.A team-oriented approach with a positive attitude.Experience in solution selling across multiple markets and channels.Proficiency in CRM software to manage sales activities effectively.At One New Zealand, we have a clear purpose to unlock the magic of technology to create an awesome Aotearoa.
