As the Practice Manager, you will manage our first clinic in Auckland, embodying our core values and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinic operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced dental professional looking to take their career to the next level.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all aspects of the dental practice, ensuring exceptional patient care and clinic efficiency.Lead and support a team of dental professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Implement practice policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring every patient interaction is positive and impactful.Oversee financial processes to ensure accurate and timely payments.Work closely with the executive team to deliver exceptional patient care.Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.About You:To be suitable for this role, you must have experience as a Dental Practice Manager. You are the type of person who values efficiency, achieves high standards through collaborative management, and demonstrates a willingness to develop and learn, both for yourself and your team.
