Our Life and Identity Services Administrators (LISAs) make this happen on a daily basis by supporting the administration of applications relating to identity.Life and Identity Services Administrators cover a broad range of administrative duties that are critical to providing our internal and external customers with seamless service across our Passport, Citizenship and Births, Deaths, and Marriages services.
We are seeking motivated and engaged people to join our teams based in Auckland.Hours of work will generally be Monday-Friday 4pm-9pm.
In your cover letter please outline how this would work in with your existing commitments.To be successful in this role, you will be focused and process-driven.
You should be willing to learn and understand the unique needs of our customers, providing the advice and service they require to progress their applications.
You will need to meet high standards of accuracy and timeliness and be able to follow operating policies and procedures.
