The Residential Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive business and administration support at a regional level. This includes working collaboratively with the Regional Team Leaders, Rehabilitation Team, Regional Service Manager, and other Service Administrators to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life
  • Previous experience in an administration role, including junior roles
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload and work autonomously
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Business Central skills highly desirable

Working Requirements:

  • Work travel between sites in Auckland may be required
  • A full New Zealand driver's license is essential
