The Role

The Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) will lead and manage the IAM team, ensuring effective user identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and management across the organization. This role focuses on integrating IAM functions with the Provider Database (SER) and Epic Security Analyst teams to enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and improve patient and team member satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Administration
  • Epic Security certification preferred; training provided if required
