You will work alongside and support a dedicated team of customer-facing roles, to ensure our people and customers are supported and set-up for success.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our office, and will deal with customer communications and queries, as well as providing internal administrative support and coordination across our local office.
Our service hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday, and you'll work on-site five days a week.
Minimum Requirements: Prior experience working in an administration role in a busy officeProactive, flexible and well-organised, structuring work in a logical mannerCultural awareness to support an aligned approach to our customers' aspirations and preferences, particularly in working with Maori and PasifikaStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and resilient in pressured environmentsSound understanding of confidentiality, knowing when it is appropriate not to share information.Nou te rourou - What's in it for you?
