Supply Chain Customer PPM (Parts Per Million) defects.
(Returns)New Product Introduction performance.

The quality of execution of new product programs.Complaint response timeliness and qualitySpoilage and scrap.Design, implement and maintain an effective quality management system in accordance with corporate, regulatory or ISO/FSSC certification requirements.Establish and rollout quality metrics to monitor performance and direct quality improvement projects.Design and implement shop floor product/process quality control systems focusing on zero defect manufacturing methods.Lead improvement projects utilizing industry best practice methods to solve problems and improve overall quality performance.Liaise with other functions across SAC to ensure the voice of the customer is heard and the organization drives for total customer satisfaction.Ensure training and improvement programs and competency assessments are in place to cover the quality aspects of all job functions on site.Ensure new products and product extensions are introduced in a systematic way and ensure customer requirements are achieved.Ensure customer complaints and issues are addressed professionally, in a timely fashion and that corrective actions are taken by the appropriate people.Continually develop strength in the Quality team across Hamilton via recruitment, developing existing talent and coaching/mentoring.About The PersonA minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing/operations leadership role.Exposure to leading continuous improvement methodologies in quality/lean.
