You will also demonstrate: Senior level experience in evaluation and research methodologies, such as survey design and analysis, qualitative data collection and analysis, including evaluation and research methodologies that are appropriate in Kaupapa Maori and Pacific contexts.
Excellent written and oral communication skills including negotiation and facilitation skills and experience communicating technical information to a non-technical audience.
An affinity for working collaboratively with internal customers and other stakeholders to determine needs, obtain information, develop approaches, and communicate results.
Knowledge and understanding of relevant professional research and evaluation codes and standards.
An acute eye for detail, taking pride in the accuracy of your work with the ability to see innovative solutions to technical problems.
Matau ropu ake | About our ministry, group, and team At Te Tahuhu o te Matauranga, we work to provide services and support nationally, regionally and locally to the education sector, and in some cases, directly to akonga and whanau.
Te Pae Aronui was established within Te Mahau to provide the education sector with support and services that are more locally responsive, more accessible, and integrated.
As part of Te Mahau, we work with whanau, hapu, iwi, early learning services and schools / kura, to support akonga and kaiako to create interactions in the magic space where learning happens.
We have a critical role to support a proactive and future-focused Te Tahuhu that delivers on equity and excellence for all akonga.
