The volunteer will work closely with the senior management team, MEL project officers, and an understudy to review existing frameworks, identify gaps, and create a contextualised MEL system suited to the unique needs of Live & Learn Fiji.A key focus of the role is to build internal MEL capacity through mentoring, training sessions, and the development of refresher toolkits.
The volunteer will support staff in integrating MEL practices into programme design, implementation, and reporting, ensuring sustainable outcomes and enhancing Live & Learn Fiji's impact across its projects.Our Partner Organisation - Live & Learn Environmental Education Fiji is committed to promoting sustainable practices and environmental stewardship, empowering local communities through capacity building, hands-on training, and comprehensive environmental education programmes.Nga tino Pukenga/Wheako – Essential skills/experiences for the roleAre you someone who wants to make a difference, have a sense of adventure and like the challenge of being outside your comfort zone?
VSA Volunteers are technical experts who impart their skills and knowledge to the local community.
You will need to be flexible, adaptable, resourceful, resilient with a passion for Aotearoa and the wider Pacific community.Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (eg.
