The Role:
Full time, temporary contract (6 months + extension)40 hours a week, set shifts.
Potenital for some weekend workAsap Start Central Wellington - modern office.Join a diverse and fun environment As a Technical Customer Support Representative you will be;
First point of contact providing customer service over the phone.Troubleshooting technical issues with the customerLogging incidents and managing support processes with the customer.Sound like you?
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service or contact centre
In addition to this, you MUST have:
Experience in a call centre environment preferredPrevious experience in a customer focused role requiredStrong communication skills – both written and verbalExcellent system skills and confident understanding of technologyProblem-solving skillsClear criminal history and credit checkNZ residency/citizenshipAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
