Our client is seeking customer service representatives with strong communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and a passion for problem-solving.
The Role: Multiple full-time positions availableTemporary contract (6 months + high chance of extension or going permanent)Set shifts, so you'll always know your scheduleThey operate 7 days a week between the hours of 7am and 12:30pm.
Potential weekend workTwo intakes, start dates - 3rd Feb & 24th Feb3 weeks of paid trainingCentral Wellington location in a modern officeJoin a diverse, fun, and supportive environmentAs a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will: Be the first point of contact, providing technical customer service over the phoneTroubleshoot technical issues with customersLog incidents and manage support processesSound like you? The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service or contact centres.
To succeed in this role, you MUST have:
