A public sector agency is looking for an administration super start to join their team now

**Your new company**

You will be working with a public sector agency that provides administrative and support services to the House of Representatives and to the members of Parliaments. You will be working in a department that is involved in ensuring the upkeep and management of their grounds.

**Your new role**
- Work within the facilities team providing administrative support
- Liaise with ministers and senior members of parliament
- Attend leadership meetings, take minutes and follow up
- Onboard new starters - processing paperwork and system set up
- Meet and greet visitors
- Assist the projects and engineering teams
- Arrange meetings rooms
- Take visitors around the grounds

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working in a busy administration role
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Organised and reliable
- Right to work in New Zealand
