With a supportive team and ongoing training, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a technical environment.The RoleMultiple full-time positions availableTemporary contract (6 months + high chance of extension or going permanent)Set shifts, so you'll always know your scheduleAvailable shifts - Sunday to Thursday 11:30 am to 8 pm & Saturday to Wednesday 10 am to 6:30 pm.Early February start dates with 3 weeks of paid trainingCentral Wellington location in a modern officeJoin a diverse, fun, and supportive environmentAs a Technical Customer Support Representative, You WillBe the first point of contact, providing technical customer service over the phoneTroubleshoot technical issues with customersLog incidents and manage support processesSound like you?RoleThe ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service or contact centres.
To succeed in this role, you MUST have:Experience in a call centre environment (preferred)Previous experience in a customer-focused role (essential)Strong communication skills – both written and verbalExcellent system skills and a confident understanding of technologyProblem-solving skillsClear criminal history and credit checkNZ residency or citizenshipAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
