You will lead and manage the Administration team in our northern region across two (2) services.This exciting role will see you combine your leadership skills with your data management ability, as you ensure the efficient and smooth running of administration functions for the Social Services team.This is a multi-site role where you will be looking after the Admin team across five sites in Auckland and one in Whangarei. You must be able to travel between these sites.Key Responsibilities:5+ years' experience in leading a team of 5 or more admin staffLead change management within the teamIdentify opportunities for improvement and implement these as agreed by Operations ManagerOutstanding communication and people skillsDemonstrate a high level of competence in IT systems including databasesGreat analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to problem solveEffectively manage workloadsAn awareness and understanding of Maori values and protocolsFull drivers licence requiredWe are committed to creating a diverse workplace where you can look forward to feeling included and valued for your contribution.
