The Role

We are currently seeking a Financial Leader to join our executive team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing the group's finances, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. You will provide strategic leadership to ensure effective financial performance and compliance with current regulations in each country of operation, while aligning financial initiatives with our overall global business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and expansion
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Oversee financial risk management, including cash flow management and treasury operations
  • Lead the development and implementation of internal controls and governance policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Substantial experience in a financial leadership position
  • Chartered Accountant designation in New Zealand, Australia, or Canada
  • Understanding of international finance, including transfer pricing and foreign exchange management
  • Experience implementing financial systems and processes, preferably ERP systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with directors, boards, and external stakeholders
