Both roles require strong attention to detail, time management, and a proactive approach to improving systems. You must be adaptable, resilient, and open to feedback.
The admin role needs excellent communication skills, while the marketing role requires creative flair and social media know-how. You'll work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime. Prior admin or real estate experience is preferred but not essential. Enjoy top-tier pay and a great team environment
Key responsibilities
Process new listings, manage the agent's calendar and Asana workspace.
Handle the client database, prepare documents for presentations, and manage client communications
Liaise with clients and suppliers, coordinate appointments, and oversee multiple projects to completion
In addition, the marketing role involves
Property and team marketing, social media management, and creating marketing collateral
Edit and post marketing content on social media and write content for direct marketing
Skills and Experience
Attention to detail and excellent time management
Professional, respectful, and efficient
Self-managed, proactive, and able to solve problems
Resilient under pressure and a quick learner
Works well in a team and able to multitask
Strong work ethic
Marketing Role (additional skills)
Social media and marketing experience
Basic Photoshop and InDesign skills
Creative eye and strong grammar skills
