A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join our growing team to deliver world class professional technology services based in our Auckland office in Newmarket.

We layer in top security products and solutions to help protect them from the daily cyber threats roaming around out there, giving our clients a sense of well being and protection, knowing and trusting that we are all they need for their Business IT solutions.
Working with a team of skilled engineers, you will be providing our clients nationwide first class service.
What is the role? As part of the team, your daily responsibilities include:
Acting as the face of the business providing exceptional customer service.Initial troubleshooting on support tickets with the opportunity to provide first call resolution.Log all service desk interactions and document issue resolution using our ticketing system.Maintaining excellent, consistent communication with all end users at our clients and other members of the technology department.Working on both Level 1 and Level 2 issues.This is not an entry level position as many of the issues are resolved remotely by our Service Desk team, so you need to be able to think on you feet and provide first call resolutions where possible.
What do we need you to bring? As the successful candidate, you will be:
Confident in your communication with our clientsDedicated to great customer serviceHave or are working towards gaining Microsoft foundation qualifications within the next three months (SC-900)Familiar with Microsoft Desktop operating systems.Competent with providing support for remote desktop services, printer support and server operating systems.Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar roleAble to keep accurate notes within a support ticket systemThis is a fantastic opportunity to step into a support role and grow within our organization.
