Job Description: As the ICT Project Manager at Vicky Tech Limited, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the alignment of projects with organizational goals and client expectations. You will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of ICT projects, driving innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Identify and communicate potential budget risks and mitigation strategies.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for each project, identifying potential challenges and developing mitigation plans.
  • Proactively address issues to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain project quality standards.

Timeline Management:

  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely project completion.
  • Implement agile project management methodologies to adapt to evolving project requirements.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
  • Provide comprehensive project reports to leadership and stakeholders.  

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an ICT Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in budget management and risk assessment.
  • Familiarity with software development and ICT services is a plus.
