Civil Project Engineer (Wastewater Specialist)

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the design and implementation of wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pipelines, and pumping stations.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify optimal solutions for wastewater management.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community members, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimise project risks.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on wastewater management.
- Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, infrastructure design, and regulatory requirements. **_This is a must_**:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
