Do you believe training isn’t just about ticking boxes, but about making an actual impact? Citycare Property is on the hunt for a Training and Competency Lead who’s ready to bring fresh energy, creativity, and a bit of flair to our training programs. This is a full-time role and can be based in Ōtautahi (Christchurch) or Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland).
In this role, you’ll help us maintain, build and roll out an improved training framework that ensures our team is equipped, compliant, and ready to take on any challenge. - Training the Trainers: Work with operational managers to make sure they’re delivering top-notch training and keeping everything compliant.
- Engaging & Inspiring: Develop and deliver training that’s interesting, relevant, and tailored to our team’s needs (no boring PowerPoints allowed).
- Keeping it Compliant: Ensure all training records are up-to-date, organized, and ready for any audits that come our way.
- Continuous Improvement: You’ll constantly review and refine training methods, keeping an eye on new trends and best practices in the industry.
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga:
- Experience in training and competency development (if you’ve been the go-to training guru, you’ll fit right in).
- Strong knowledge of compliance and keeping records as neat as a pin.
- A creative mindset – making training engaging is your specialty.
- The ability to work closely with managers to understand their needs and deliver relevant solutions.
