If you are experienced in Sales /Customer Services and either native or fluent French and want a real future using your ability, this is the role for you Job role / duties •Raise and process customer purchase orders•Process order acknowledgements•Raise packing lists for inward shipments and sharing with related customers.•Check purchase orders match with the requested production orders•Receive and send shipping documents to clearing agents•Raise customer invoices upon delivery of material or prior to material arrival•File completed invoice packs, purchase orders and archiving.•Review and follow delivery schedule with the logistics department and factories.•Update the system as documents are received with shipping information.•Track deliveries and shipments, updating customers accordingly.•Handle general customer enquiries and provide customers with purchase orders updates.•Raise credit notes, debit notes and proforma invoices.•Provide sales and business development support when needed To be considered for this role, you MUST: -Have fluent or Native French speaking ability-Possess excellent Microsoft office skills-Have ERP system & purchase / sales orders processing experience To apply for this exciting position please call Jayne Vaughan on (phone number removed) or apply on line.
