**Job Summary:**
Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team in Christchurch. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction. This part-time position requires an individual who is resourceful, independent, and can navigate a fast-paced environment while continuously adapting to changes in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

- **Customer Support:**
- Respond to client requests for assistance and information, providing solutions that meet their needs and enhance their experience with ITW.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to address client issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

- **Client Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases to facilitate effective communication and service.
- Analyze client feedback and data, leveraging insights to make informed decisions and improvements.

- **Sales Support:**
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential new clients by conducting market research and outreach initiatives.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches, ensuring clients receive necessary information and materials.

- **Process Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities to enhance client service processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with team members to implement best practices that enhance client satisfaction.

- **Reporting:**
- Generate reports on client interactions and satisfaction levels, providing key insights to management.
- Track and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for service improvement.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly resourceful, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a focus on finding creative solutions.
- Independent thinker capable of working autonomously while contributing positively to team initiatives.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address client concerns and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Creative mindset to develop innovative approaches to client engagement and relationship management.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools relevant to client service and support.

- **Other Requirements:**
- A willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
