As a key member of our client services team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:** 1.
**Client Relationship Management:** - Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing outstanding customer service and support.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Proactively communicate with customers to anticipate their requirements and address any concerns.

**Order Processing and Management:** - Handle order placement, monitoring fulfillment, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Work closely with inventory management and logistics teams to resolve any issues related to stock availability and shipping.
- Process client returns and exchanges promptly and coordinate necessary actions with relevant departments.

**Problem Resolution:** - Identify and resolve client issues or complaints efficiently, escalating to management when necessary.
- Use creative problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions tailored to individual client needs.
- Follow up with clients post-resolution to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

**Collaboration and Teamwork:** - Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide feedback and insights to management regarding client needs and trends in the market.
- Engage in teamwork to support colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment.

**Reporting and Analysis:** - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity in the CRM system.
- Assist in the analysis of sales trends and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports for management that highlight significant client metrics and opportunities for improvement.

**Continuous Learning and Improvement:** - Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to better serve clients and adapt strategies.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and enhancing the overall service provided to clients.
**Requirements:** 1.
**Education and Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client management, preferably in a B2B environment.

**Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with order management systems and inventory processes.
