You'll bring a positive, disruptive attitude and an export-sized energy level, leading out innovative marketing campaigns to drive our fast-growing expansion into global markets. You'll also work closely with our New Product Development team as we develop new product formats.
The Role Reporting to the Global Brand Manager, this role is a fixed term parental leave cover. The role will help drive end to end product marketing performance and consumer marketing plans to achieve our ambitious global brand and sales targets. Your strong marketing and product development skills will be vital in this role.
Rockit Global Limited (RGL) has multiple export markets and a significant growth trajectory over the next 5-10 years, so this role provides a great opportunity to build your skills and experience as the company expands. Key responsibilities include:
Develop and deliver consumer marketing plans in collaboration with the Marketing team. Implement effective marketing campaigns to support the brand across our global markets. Contribute to packaging strategy and project management, including development of new formats. Drive consumer promotions in key global markets. Provide brand guidance to licensees and distributors. Develop presentations, information packs and communications for internal and external stakeholders. Skills and Experience You will have experience and capability across the range of marketing functions, ideally with a background in FMCG or product marketing.
Other key skills required:
Experience in product and packaging development. Strong project management experience and organisation skills. Competent IT skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, InDesign and Photoshop. Analytical skills; using data to report metrics, assess performance and implement improvements. Experience in global markets and cross-cultural empathy. Relevant tertiary qualification. Benefits Competitive pay rates.
