**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Product Marketing Manager to join our company in Auckland. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this role is responsible for managing the product portfolio to maximize the overall marketing strategy, and profitability. The role includes working closely with the Marketing and Business Intelligence team and to drive sales enablement initiatives, managing product launches and on-going management, communication of product benefits, features and target markets, and championing the products to internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations.

Other duties include:

- Develop tactical actions to address market opportunities, competitive activity or variations to plan activity levels.
- Analyse success and cost effectiveness of all tactical actions and marketing programmes.
- Lead marketing campaign and initiatives to achieve business revenue targets and growth
- Lead product launch plans and activities
- Plan, develop, and execute the GTM strategies for office printing products and related software
- Assist with projecting sales forecasts, and developing product budgets as part of 1YP
- Maintain effective internal communications programme to ensure clarity around portfolio offering

**Skills & experience**

We are looking for someone with the ability to build relationships with all levels within the business. Along with this, you will also have:

- 4+ years Marketing experience
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in print industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with varied stakeholder groups
- A strong sense of integrity and accountability
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to solve complex problems
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications will be advantageous
