As a Product Marketing Manager, you will fulfil a critical role in making our product vision and strategy a reality. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a newly created role for someone to understand our new product visions and the value we can deliver to Product Marketing.

**The role**
Based in our headquarters in Albany Auckland, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that showcase the value of AoFrio’s commercial refrigeration technology to potential and existing customers.

The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the Product team to understand the features and benefits of AoFrio’s products, conduct market research and competitive analysis, and create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that drive demand and retention. The role will also collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from awareness to adoption.

Although you will be part of the Marketing team, you will partner with the relevant Product Manager(s) on the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan from competitor market research, and development of product messaging to launch campaign delivery. The outcome will be an AoFrio Product Marketing capability that is proactive, highly integrated and instrumental in driving successful outcomes for our product launches.

**Let’s talk about you**

You need to have a passion for Product Marketing and bring skills in planning, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads, increase awareness, and drive demand for products.

**Furthermore, you will have**:

- 3-5 years experience in Product Marketing in a similar industry
- Qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Public Relations
- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and how products can address them.
- Familiar with t ranslating complex technical features and benefits of products into clear and compelling value propositions and messaging for different customer segments and personas.
- C ommunicated and presented product marketing vision, goals, and plans to internal and external audiences, and solicited feedback and input from various stakeholders.
- Manage product marketing budget and resources, and ensure timely and quality delivery of product marketing projects and initiatives. Experience in being responsible for monitoring and reporting on key metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, customer satisfaction and optimising marketing activities based on data and best practices.
