We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Commercial to lead the Commercial department within our aerospace manufacturing business. This pivotal role involves overseeing the Estimating and Orderbook Management teams, driving profitability, managing commercial risk, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The successful candidate will possess deep industry expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial management roles, with at least 5 years in aerospace or a similar high-technology manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of leading and managing commercial teams, including Estimating and Orderbook Management functions.
Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, industry standards, and customer requirements.
Expertise in contract negotiation, cost estimation, and financial analysis.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a strong focus on building long-term customer relationships.
Proficient in ERP systems, project management tools, and financial modelling.
