Job Description: Sherwin-Williams is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners - Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent Personality traits: dedicated, adaptable Soft skills: emotional intelligence, persuasion Benefits: - Free accommodation - Paid overtime - Retirement plan Working environment: At Sherwin-Williams, we value teamwork and collaboration.
