Only MoleMap’s proven system combines head-to-toe skin mapping by trained Melanographers with expert diagnosis of any suspicious moles by specialist Dermatologists, and accurate and timely clinical treatment by specialist GP's.

**About the Role**
We’re looking for an amazing person to join our customer care specialist team, with a progression pathway for those with proven leadership qualities.
**Skills and Qualifications**
Previous experience in a customer focused environment
Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.
Experience and confidence in converting sales opportunities and objection handling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously
Solution focused to ensure we consistently exceed our customers expectation
Team player, who understands the importance of working together in a close knit customer oriented team
Excellent time management skills
**Key responsibilities**:
- Answering inbound customer calls (meeting set KPI’s)
- Outbound calls to existing patients to book follow up appointments
- Converting service enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Providing an exceptional experience to our patients and stakeholders
- Maintenance of database and patient records
- Corporate liaison and administration
- General administration for Molemap clinics throughout New Zealand & Australia
- Providing admin support to our melanographer team when required
- Support with Patient Reporting within set KPI deliverables
- Rescheduling patients when a melanographer is absent due to sickness or annual leave etc
This is a very exciting opportunity to join MoleMap as we enter a transitionary period of growth and continue to implement innovative solutions to provide an exceptional patient experience. You will be working side-by-side with our existing customer service staff who will support you every step of the way.
This is a full time position based in our head office in Greenlane to cover our contact centre opening hours of 7am - 8:00pm, Monday to Friday.
**About the Team**
When our customers book with us, it's the customer care team that makes sure they have all of the important information about what to expect. Once they have had their MoleMap, it's the customer care team that co-ordinates between the customer, the Melanographer and the Dermatologist. When there is a diagnosis, it's the customer care team that makes sure their report gets to them quickly, is accurate and informative about the appropriate next steps they need to take.
