**About the role**:
This role is currently offered on a full-time basis.

To control and maintain storage consignments for Household goods held in store. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the accurate maintenance and control of our Household Goods storage service. Some day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to;
- Input all storage consignments into the AMOS storage system for Allied and FCB branches, after the paperwork is received from Operations / Internal Sales / Imports and Corporate departments.
- Raise and send invoices to clients detailing all charges payable to them at appropriate times, storing them in the relevant system after each quarterly invoice run.
- Raise all new private storage debtor codes in AMOS for the Allied Pickford branch, ensuring that any new accounts follow the company procedure regarding payment terms.
- Prepare Adjustment note requests for storage-related activities, obtain approval according to Company policy requirements and forward for Capital city administrator for processing.
- In liaison with the Operations department, organize the client’s deliveries ex store, ensuring that all correct paperwork has been raised, all outstanding monies have been paid and all relevant departments notified with information.
- To liaise with clients in regards to damages to their consignments, when delivered out of store and advise Insurance Centre of damages. Also when requested by the Insurance Centre, forward copies of requested paperwork to them to assist in the settlement of any claim.
- Carry out Toll account reconciliation and take necessary action in conjunction with State Commercial manager.
- To perform any other task as seen necessary by the State Commercial Managers.
- To complete any internal audits that have been assigned to you in the time frame designated as per the Branch Audit Schedule.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skillset & experience;
- Ability to problem solve with the minimum of supervision.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Previous Accounting & Administration experience.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Moderate computer literate skills including the use of Outlook and Microsoft programs.
- Required certifications - Nil.
