**A BIT ABOUT OUR CLIENT**

Specialising in creating impactful brand experiences through a variety of services including experiential marketing, in-store sampling, events, street sampling, retail activation, office drops, guerrilla marketing, and market research. They engage directly with customers to enhance brand recognition, generate excitement, and boost sales, offering end-to-end solutions from planning to insightful reporting.

Based in Auckland, this organisation currently run off a “remote working” policy. Roughly 70% of the Regional Coordinator role is spent on the road and at events, this means the remaining 30% of the role is administration focused and the administrative portion of the role is working from the comfort of your own home. This role requires a very high level of coordination, organisation and the ability to manage your own schedule and time efficiently and effectively.

**THE ROLE**

**40 hour week**
**Auckland Location**
**$55,000 - $65,000**
**Monday - Sunday - rotating pending events**
**Fully remote position - own vehicle & licence required**

**Responsibilities**:

- Travel and remote work - Travelling from site to site across Auckland, coordinating staff and ensuring they are at the right place at the right time.
- Campaign and Staff Management - Oversee campaign shifts, ensuring effective communication and responsiveness. Train and mentor Brand Ambassadors to achieve sales targets.
- Event Coordination - Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives and activation. Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers to enhance event offerings and manage details.
- Resource Management - Coordinate kit swaps between team members, ensuring the availability of materials. Manage storage unit organisation and maintenance.
- Support and Culture - Foster a positive company culture by supporting day-to-day activities of Brand Ambassadors during live campaigns. Provide assistance during shifts and troubleshoot issues.
