- **About the role**:

- You will bring your strategic leadership experience and lead our team of merchandise, category managers and pricing analysts where you will foster a culture of data driven decision making and continuous improvement. You will come with a commercial understanding of managing complex vendor relationships and will have led successful contract negotiations in a similar industry.
Your experience will encompass inventory management strategies, utilising data analytics to forecast demand and a sound understanding of market trends ensuring we maintain an optimal core product range that is relevant to our customer and profitable for the business.
- **About you**:

- We would be looking for a well-rounded leader with the below experience:
- Proven experience in category management, pricing strategy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
