**About **the opportunity**
We're looking for an** Export Sales Manager** to lead sales of high-quality NZ produce into global markets. We have an ambitious growth strategy for our export business so it's an exciting time to join T&G Fresh and make an impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow sales, market share, and profit across a range of fresh produce categories into global markets.
- Maintain strong and trusted grower and customer relationships
- In conjunction with the GM Exports, develop the strategy for T&G's export business
- Deliver business plans, procurement strategies, and promotions that drive category and commercial performance
- Identify and develop new categories and export markets Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure an effective supply chain
The world of fresh produce is 24/7 so flexibility is required to meet the demands of this role throughout the year, given it sells across multiple categories. As both domestic and international travel is required, a current drivers licence and passport is essential.

- Tenacious fresh produce industry sales professional with a strong customer and grower network
- Strong track record in driving sales growth while maintaining positive relationships with growers, customers, colleagues and third-party providers
- Collaborative approach to work cross-functionally across the business
- Highly commercial, strategic approach to drive category performance
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
