**About Four Points Sheraton Auckland**
Four Points by Sheraton is a hotel brand owned by Marriott International, one of the world's largest hotel chains. A modern, upscale hotel located in the heart of Auckland's central business district. The hotel offers 255 spacious guest rooms and suites, all of which are equipped with modern amenities. The hotel features an on-site restaurant, The Queen's Head Bar and Eatery as well as a rooftop bar (The Churchill) with panoramic views of the city.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Effectively manage the restaurant and ensure all guests are cared for
- Organise the effective flow of guests through the restaurant, including hosting, seating, serving and farewelling the guests
- Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel facilities, hotel food & beverage offerings
- Ensure standards of service are consistently achieved
- Serve as a departmental role model / mentor for fellow associates in the team
**About You**
- Previous food & beverage supervisory experience is advantageous
- LCQ and GM Certification is advantageous
- Genuine excitement and passion for the industry
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
