**Your Impact**:
We're looking for a Learning and Development Consultant (known here at CCEP as a Capability Consultant) to join a well-established L&D team that supports the ongoing capability development of our whole business. This role delivers our Corporate and Leadership learning frameworks, as well as supports the total business with any induction, compliance, and team effectiveness training.

You'll partner with key stakeholders to understand their learning needs and deliver suitable learning solutions. We provide a learning offering for every employee - from leadership to personal development, to technical training and talent development.

You will:

- Build relationships with functional leadership teams and stakeholders to really understand their learning needs and priorities.
- Roll out established global learning programmes, while tailoring them for local needs
- Design learning that supports different needs across the business - both in house or partnering with external suppliers.
- Facilitate training through face-to-face or virtual workshops.
- Have program ownership of a diverse portfolio of learning that includes leadership development, organisational inductions, team culture building, compliance, and other business-wide initiatives.
- Contribute to the annual calendar of learning, reviewing content, measures, and effectiveness to ensure alignment with L&D strategy.
- Support other projects in the People and Culture space, such as ID&E initiatives and Engagement Surveys.

Reporting into our Capability & Engagement Manager, this is a part-time (0.8 FTE) role where the days can be flexible depending on your requirements.

**About You**:
First and foremost, were looking for someone who has a deep passion for supporting people in developing their capabilities, and ongoing growth.
- Strong stakeholder management and partnering skills are essential. You’ll work closely with our P&C Business Partners and functional business leaders to assess learning needs and embed tailored solutions.
- Confidence with facilitating and presenting is also key. You will need to engage your audience and communicate clearly to get the best out of the L&D experiences across various levels, including leadership.
- You’ll be supported by an experienced L&D team, but we’re looking for a proactive individual, who can seek out initiatives that will really add value to our teams. You’ll bring a tertiary qualification in Learning & Development, OD, HR, or similar, with strong experience in adult education and learning methodologies.
