**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a budding IT specialist to support our team in the role of IT Help Desk Analyst. This is a permanent full-time role where no two days are the same and you will need a wide-range of practical IT skills.

Working in our small IT department, reporting to the IT Services Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring all customers have the required access to IT systems and services, and providing IT ‘Help Desk’ support to internal customers at Braemar Hospital.

To be successful in this role:

- You will be a natural problem solver, you’ll thrive on diagnosing faults and general troubleshooting;
- You will be a whizz with Microsoft 365 (think SharePoint, Teams and Exchange);
- You will have top notch customer service skills; you understand that through patience and education you’ll support self-sufficiency, and you’ll see every customer interaction as an opportunity to provide technical know-how for non-technical people;
- You will be a great communicator, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships, both internally and with external vendors;
- You will have excellent attention to detail to support user account administration activities, i.e. account creation, management and password resets in Active Directory;
- You will be organised and have great time management and prioritisation skills;
- Most of all you’ll be a team player with a great attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
