**Service Desk Analyst**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Windows, Mac, and operating systems
- User Management - account management functions including MAC
- Document and track customer issues in a ticketing system
- Work with other members of the IT team to resolve complex issues
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft, ITIL Certification or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
