We are undergoing an exciting period of transformational change and looking for a positive, collaborative Telecommunication and Procurement Analyst within the Customer Service Centre (CSC) to drive excellent customer service, focus on customer outcomes while delivering IT excellence. The CSC is the single point of entry for all customer needs and issues. This role is essential to the ongoing evolution and success of the CSC team, the wider DevOps unit and the overall IT department requiring proficient technical knowledge or ability, multi-tasking of operational demands, drive continuous improvement of business processes and understanding of a contact centre best practice - it’s busy.

**The role**:

- You will also provide a single point of contact for the support of all mobile and telecommunication incidents, service requests and procurement.
- You will be responsible for the telecommunications service desk and mobility equipment life cycle plan, reporting and financials.
- A service oriented approach to problem solving is essential, as well as the ability to work closely with our customers and other IS teams.
- Work with a wide variety of stakeholders (local and regional) and user groups to ensure the CSC is delivering local, national and regional strategies and requirements and compliance of third parties for technical service obligations.
- Ensure security and privacy at all times.
- Deliver customer service initiatives, improvements and focus on a customer centric approach.

Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:

- Applicable tertiary or professional qualification in Telecommunication / Information Systems or proven experience in lieu of such qualification.
- ITIL certified / advanced understanding of incident, request and problem management.
- Minimum of 3 years in the ICT industry, supporting cellular devices, Zeacom and VOIP desk phone support (preferably Cisco).
- Financial management experience, billing, budget preparation, forecasting and procurement and asset life cycle management.
- A positive attitude with a relentless ‘can do’ attitude.
- Experience in a customer facing role and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrable experience of ICT service and Call Centre best practice.
- Knowledge of proven customer service practices and a strong focus on customer experience and outcomes.
- Excellent communicator and ability to build effective relationships.
- Relationship and supplier management with external vendors.
