**The Role**:
Reporting to the Engineering and Design Manager, the Geothermal Engineer - Mechanical/Process will provide geothermal design and mechanical/process engineering services to our clients. We see this person as a well-seasoned geothermal engineer, with sound technical skills and broad engineering experience, looking to impact the New Zealand energy sector. You’ll primarily be responsible for:

- Providing technical support and direction to design and project groups
- Project managing geothermal design and other design/build projects
- Maintaining client contacts and promoting our geothermal expertise
- Providing site engineering support and managing site quality documentation
- Budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing and ensuring work is completed in a timely, cost-effective manner

**About You**:
With approximately 5 years’ experience in geothermal engineering and piping design knowledge, you will also bring to this role:

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to co-ordinate work to meet agreed costs and schedules
- Project leadership experience and knowledge of process engineering
- Ideally a degree in Mechanical Engineering (other degrees will be considered)

This role is primarily office based, but you will also interact with clients and field staff on site.
